Cold Lipolysis
Cold Lipolysis is a slimming and body contouring method that aims to destroy excess fat cells in the body by selectively cooling them. This patented technology, approved by the FDA, cools fat cells to a certain degree through a special device. During this cooling process, the fat cells crystallise and undergo apoptosis, i.e. programmed cell death. After this process, the crystallised fat cells are naturally metabolised and excreted by the body.
The whole process takes approximately 1 hour and then takes about 3 months for the body to reach its ideal form. One of the main advantages is that only the fat cells are affected and the surrounding tissues are not damaged. Since cold lipolysis is a non-invasive procedure, it can be applied without anaesthesia and patients can return to their daily lives immediately after the procedure. However, in order for such an application to be performed successfully and safely, it must be performed by a specialist physician.
